Being positive is really nice, but it takes a lot more than that to get through life without getting down as a result of other peoples’ negativity. Reaching the point when people feel positive about their lives and embrace an optimistic attitude is not the end of the tough journey. People need to go an extra mile to maintain their positivity and accordingly achieve their aspirations throughout life.
The Method:
Always remember the good things about yourself by listing them, and never wait to hear them from anybody. People also need to cleanse their souls from any past offences by being brave enough to give time to study those situations and trying to analyse the offenders’ motives. Once we reach the point when we learn it was their bad and not ours, we’ll feel relieved and ready to face the world fearlessly and with self confidence.
Appreciation:
In fact we may even reach the point of thanking those people who hurt us in the past, because were it not for the things they did, we wouldn’t have become the positive people we are. Every time we remember their offences against us we’ll smile and think how great the favour they did us was.
To My Offenders:
If we happen to meet those people one day we can proudly say “Thank you for everything you did to me, they made me become a better person, I compare myself to you and now I realize how satisfied I should be with what God gave me.” We should be thankful that we actually have good things going on in our lives to the extent that made other people jealous and even ready to hurt us that much.
Offenders Yet To Come:
And to the offenders yet to come we should say “The worse the things you do to me, the bigger and better person I will become”
